I liked that it a full bag of leg tips. The reason gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because some of the tips have excess rubber on them, not many, the majority r formed correctly.

I bought this product for my dads walker, however there is a VERYYYYY STRONG smell when opening the bag, it gave me an instant migraine.. after letting it air out for a few days the smell decreased by 50%

These have a strong, distinct odor, somewhat like burning rubber.I think that in their intended use, on the floor as chair or stool leg tips, that might not matter, but I bought them to give to customers as an optional plug for the vent in speakers I make and sell. Simply handling them requires washing one's hands after.These were a really good price, and I thought the odor would dissipate, but it has not (in over two months). I tried washing them and it actually seemed to make it worse. Of course now I am outside the return window. I'll probably just go back to buying the ones at the hardware store that cost 2-3 times as much.Note that this is only when they are within a foot or two of your face, or if you are handling them, which in most cases will only ever happen once.

Of course they have a bit of an odor, the whole bag is overwhelming but one at a time isn't really noticeable unless you have it right next to your nose. I would guess that will dissipate as well. I used these on 1.25 inch dowel rods to use as walking sticks and they worked perfectly. Easy to get on, but not at all loose. I love that I have enough to switch out as they wear down. They grip the floor well, did not leave a mark, and seem really sturdy.

I think these leg tips will last for years. And, my mini poodle won’t get them off like those little felt discs. The downside is that the chairs don’t easily glide along the floor, but they do not leave any marks on the floor either. Plus, they are quiet. No more scraping sounds! On my particular chairs they are non noticeable and thus do not detract from my beautiful furniture.

For many years I have used the round felt pieces to protect my floors from our chairs and bar stools. Of course, the felt wears out so quickly and one must replace it quite often. FINALLY, I found something that works! These are of such high quality and it looks like they won't need replacing for many years! I purchased the black, 1 1/4" width. The only thing I would change about the product is the height of them - would want 1/2" less in height. I tried cutting it with a utility knife and also tried a coping saw, but they are so rugged, that I gave up on the idea! The width is perfect! I only needed 16 of them, but had to purchase a full bag. Will probably, eventually use them on my outdoor furniture so they certainly won't go to waste! Again, a great product!
