Installation for was good. No issues.Wiring connector a little different from factory version yet most functions still work. Only function that doesn’t work is mirror adjustment when selecting seat preset 1 or 2.Passenger mirror fine. Drivers side mirror vibrates excessively. Feels loose inside.Not 100% sure I would buy again. Would shop around first.

I was pleasantly pleased with this item from fast delivery to the quality of this part. It was a simple remove and replace procedure that took me a little over 30 minutes for both the driver and passenger side. The company also provided the fastener removal tool to help the installation process. It would have been great if they would have included the replacement clips to attach the power cable to the door frame, but it's only a small issue in any case.

After I had the original heated mirror damaged by a car wash, I went to my local stealership to see how much they wanted for a replacement. They wanted $350 for a replacement- per side! I ordered these, and got both for $100! Remove a simple door panel and three nuts, and I was back in business in 15 minutes!!! Super-simple (and I’m no Mechanic)! GET THESE!

Received a check engine light for the Ambient Temperature sensor being high. This sensor is built into the drivers mirror. It will cause a check engine light that among other things will disable your remote start capability. When I popped off the cover that houses the sensor, it is some after market cheap knock off and not the factory style sensor. And of course the connector is different so I could not transfer the OEM over to this mirror. I have attempted contact with the manufacturer and they have not even responded. I will be returning both of the mirrors. Another issue I have found is that these are in no way as heavy as the OEM mirrors and you will get some vibration at interstate speeds. If you can swing it, I would suggest the OEM mirror from RAM even though they are over $400 a piece.

This product was OK until I’ve had it for about two months now, but then I was driving and the mirror just fell off
