This tent was and is great for backpacking and it is bright orange so you can see it from miles away.

Get what you pay for. 15$ for the tent… zipper broke on initial setup. Very cheaply put together. Rain fly if you can call it that, wouldn’t trust it if someone sneezed hard. Poles creaked badly during setup, waiting for them to snap. Pole anchors aren’t quite long enough so it’s a snug fit for ends of poles to fit. Can visibly see light through stitches in side of tent. Not sure a vast amount of liquid would make it through but some definitely would.
