A good kit that fits as it should, making an old ratchet new again.However,be aware that the installation is not without its issues.You need a very good pair of slim nosed needle nose pliers and a vise to hold the handle as you install the ratchet mechanism and the retaining spring clip.

This is a perfect replacement part. Perfectly fits in the original ratchet. Also comes with a good amount of lube. Make sure you pack the replacement head assembly with the supplied lube.

The components to rebuild my ratchet looked like they were good quality. I would have preferred just to replace the spring clip but I was ok with updating the whole ratchet mechanism.

My husband has been a mechanic for 50 years and has always used SK tools. Long lasting and has always been replaced free of charge if they break. No local dealers where we live now to do that. That is why he had to buy one.
