Decent set for someone to have for simple sketches. I don't expect the colored pencils to be great. I just want something to have when I want to do ideas for craft projects, like quilt blocks. It works fine for that purpose.

My Son has started writing his own comic books for fun and illustrates them as well. I’ve started him off with some of the big brand name colored pencils and another set I could get at the giant W store that almost rules the world, and he liked them well enough. I figured from there I’d find a set for his birthday and this fit the bill, not super expensive, but good quality for a 10 year old. It’s got a ton of different colors, they glide smoothly and the paper looks gorgeous. It’s the perfect size for his bedside table and he’s really enjoying it! Would highly recommend.

I got this for my 7y old son, who can spend hours and hours drawing. This is a good size for him, as he can use this to create one of his 'books', which is basically his attempt at writing a Dogman style story. He loves it! The colored pencils it comes with are a little cheap looking from the outside- sort of Dollar Store vibes but honestly, they've been working fine.I think this is a great bargain at this price, since some sketchbooks are this price, without the addition of the pencils. Would recommend!

The pencils are decent quality and the notebook has 90 sheets of 100g/m2 paper which is perfect for pencil work. Would probably take some pastels too along with some light fineliner pen work. The paper is smooth to the touch and the spiral bound form makes it easy to use for sketching.

The fact that this whole set with the sketch book and pencils is only about $10 is incredible. Sketch books alone tend to be pricey so to also get colored pencils is awesome. The sketch box is very nice and I love that the pages are perforated so you can tear out the ones you like. The colored pencils are just standard colored pencils that work well for basic coloring/sketching. I did think it is a little funny that the sketch book had all English on it while the colored pencils were labeled in Spanish. This doesn’t change my opinion of it in any way, though. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.
