Not much more to say. I've had it for long enough to know it's solid. Replaced a Milwaukee. Don't notice a difference outside of the price.

I bought this mostly for the battery and a thrasher tool. I used it once for light duty stuff and was so impressed that I decided it needed a better life than I was going to give it. I liked it more than my brushed Milwaukee, not as good as the hydraulic. It felt good in the hand, was powerful and good trigger response. For a cheap impact, I thought it was really good. If I didn't have a Milwaukee tattoo on my lower back I would've kept it. I might buy another one.

I bought it at $49 which I think is a steal that's less than most bear tools I have other drills but not every time they require so much power the 12 volt is fairly silent has a light that's pretty bright and for $49 who can complain I use it to build pre-made furniture from my wife's Amazon purchases he keeps it from over Drilling and breaking the cheap screws that come with the assembly but overall it does have power and can be switched to number three if needed it wouldn't be practical for all the time use but definitely jobs that require a more Gentle Touch but also I used it on a couple of wood projects and it did well not as good as a DeWalt or Milwaukee obviously but for 12 volt $49 drill with a battery and a fast charger if you're a man you know what I'm talking about it's a great deal

Was very skeptical at first but I am very happy with this tool especially for the price I use this mainly to remove screws from cars that have plastic skid plates/covers under the car in order to do the oil change I will buy the 3/8 impact wrench next

I'm a retired contractor, and I'm particular about my tools. We have many more choices for good powertools today than we used to. The Skil 12 volt line is surprisingly good, I have several of their products. I had the older 12 volt impact, and it was good, but not perfect. This newer model comes pretty close. More compact, very powerful, works great! More than good enough for homeowners, would be fine for most professional use. And the price is right!

Love this impact driver so far. Easy to control the speed with finger pressure and the LED light is awesome.I haven't had a chance to use a full battery charge yet but I am happy with this and quality seems great.
