The light mount fits between the aluminum hawse fairlead and the fairlead mount. The light mount has two holes for mounting lights. It is finished in a two stage matte black powder coat.

This is a simple and easy mount, for adding lighting to your winch bumper. The mount is held in place by sandwiching it between the fairlead and the bumper. I wish the mounts sat a little higher, but otherwise it’s excellent. I’m excited to get my light pods mounted.

People always trash Smitty, but this is a solid product. Good coating and easy to apply behind your fairlead if you need to add some accessory lighting.

Works great for mounting lights, the notch on the bottom makes install much easier...lights are very sturdy

Fits perfectly behind the fairlead. The split at the bottom make super easy install. The only criticism are the mounting holes for the 20" light bar are huge and hardware falls through. It was just another stop to the hardware store

This bracket works great! I had mine powder coated and it looks sharp! Very happy customer and I would buy one again. Made of aluminum, so it is light.

Floods on top of car..............no bueno. Nothing like having your hood brightly illuminated. This allowed me move the floods to where they actually prove useful. Solid, well finished and relatively easy to install. I put mine between an aftermarket bumper and a hawse plate but the hardware was too short so I had to buy different fasteners. No fault on the manufacturer, but something to consider when installing.Overall a nifty, well made solution that doesn't break the bank. Recommended.

Fit and finish is great, a gloss black. My only issue is that I mounted a light bar on it, similar to the one pictured, and I get some flicker out of it because the light bounces when you hit bumps. I have another bar mounted on the hoop directly about this one and no bounce at all. Some added thickness would probably correct this, but then you might need to get longer bolts for the fairlead.
