Your cart is empty.Every Rubex boat propeller has a rubber interchangeable hub system. It is designed to eliminate chatter and vibration that competitive hub systems are prone to. Being rubber, the Rubex hub has no plastics to deteriorate. It can deflect 10% for softer shifting and to reduce prop shaft shock when the propeller strikes a submerged object. The Rubex hub will not spin in the propeller. Each Rubex Hub Kit comes with the hardware needed to install the propeller on the prop shaft. Unlike competitive hubs, the prop nut does not require periodic re-torqueing on a Rubex propeller system. The Rubex HR4 propeller offers a great stern lift and acceleration, providing powerful thrust and very smooth performance. Its high-rake and cupped blade design allow increased speed and economy in the mid-range. 14.25" Diameter. 17" Pitch. Right Hand Rotation.

Due to ventilation problems, I went from a 3 blade to this 4 blade of the same diameter and pitch. Mid-range cruise showed great improvement. 3 blade was 3700 rpm at 27 mph and 1.6mpg. The 4 blade is 3400 rpm at 28 mph and 2.3 mpg. I did lose 300 rpm and 4 mph at WOT. But the ventilation is gone!P.S. Don't buy a prop from "Kart-it", you may get a used one. (I did)
