Fit like a glove right out of the box. Probably picked up 10 mph and hole shot puts boat on plane quickly even with a bunch of “large” adults. If you’re going to do this job, do yourself a favor and find the impeller nut socket for this particular job. It’s pricey, but will save you a lot of aggravation and not wreck your drive shaft
