I bought this as a case manager at a hospital. I had different forms, files, and between the tabs, pockets, and notepad in the back, it handled EVERYTHING I needed to carry while keeping it all organized. Then I used it as a nursing instructor. Again, it organized my papers, notes, etc. I LOVE the polka dots. It’s easy to clean, carry, and just is the best tool for work.

Was in search of a clipboard replacement that gave me more storage but wasn’t too clunky. This gem gave me both! It has the clip on the front which it’s great for my needs and the hardcover makes it easy to write on. There is a ton of storage, with a pocket in the front and pockets on either side of the tabs. The back has a note pad which is great and means you can replace it once you use it up. I really like that it is spiral bound because I hate having to open something that takes up my entire space. Overall really happy with the product.

I bought this portfolio because I was traveling to S. America for business, and I thought it would be a great way to keep documents together in the pocket dividers plus it had a full-sized notebook for jotting reminders, etc. I also liked the idea of it having an elastic strap to keep it closed and that the front cover could be used as a clipboard.When it arrived, it was much more sturdy and durable than I had expected. I used it in the airport and on the plane as a writing surface for taking notes and working on my presentation and carried it with me to all my conference events. Several people asked me about it and I was quick to recommend it.Whether for work or for personal use, I highly recommend it to you. In fact, I bought a second one for my daughter.

I'm an assistant/office coordinator/do-er of all things and Im constantly pulled in a million directions. This makes life so much better. Love the clear folders so it makes finding what you need super easy and love being able to write on the go. I'm a pen and paper gal, so I absolutely love this. My only complaint is how it shipped, one of the corners was bent pretty bad when I got it. Soooo, it did mess my writing up a bit from where it left ridges. I'm OCD and want my notes to look perfect. It did bend out pretty flat over time. I would/will purchase another once this one is done.

I have struggled to find an organizational system that works well for my school age kids with their schoolwork. Separate spiral notebooks and folders are disastrous for kids that struggle with keeping things organized, and all those separate items make their backpacks super heavy, full, and inevitably stuffed with crumpled papers and torn folders and notebooks, especially once they hit the middle school and high school years. This product is a game changer. It is durable enough to help kids avoid tearing or bending it, also because they aren’t needing to shove things in and out of their bag with each class. It allows the kid’s to pull out the one same item for each class, and keep a few papers for each subject by color. If they want to, it also has a built in clip board on front to keep paper from sliding as they write.
