This pencil case has plenty of room. I ordered it to keep craft supplies in. I like that the plastic is transparent so I can see what's in it. The closure is secure and doesn't pop open (it might if it fell on a hard surface though). It is a good option for storing small items or lots and lots of pens and pencils.

This plastic blue box is great for holdig pencils, pens, knick-knacks, etc. The blue is bright, the box is sturdy, and its clarity makes it easy to identify its contents.

This style of pencil box comes in a variety of colors, some of them are opaque. I like this style with the extra little opening on top for keeping pencils, erasers, traveling paintbrushes, and other small items separate from my watercolor paper, sponge, brush rest, mixing palette, and traveling paint palette, since I use these boxes to make on-the-go watercolor painting kits. The plastic is sturdy and the clasps stay closed well.

Unfortunately arrived cracked in the corner. My daughter had already put the sticker on it & wrote her name so I’m just going to keep it and hope for the best.****UPDATE: The seller reached out to replace the pencil case. They were extremely kind and easy to work with, constantly checking in to make sure it was received.
