Others mentioned that it folds faster than the existing one. I suspect that the motor is a little lighter than OEM. The mirror electrical wiring is visible around the mirror. Not so on the existing mirror mount. Concerns me that it will be subject to moisture and possible failure. That being said, I think it is pretty good for the price.

It’s been on about two weeks now, and it’s working fine. No problems with the installation. Easy peasy. TBH though, when I was installing it, I noticed that there were fewer wires on one of the two plugs than on the OEM mirror. I don’t know what this means. All of the functions that are in the old mirror are in the new mirror. It even heats quicker than the old mirror. So, yeah, I’m happy with this one, would recommend it to anyone.

The Ambient Temperature Sensor is inside the mirror has been faulty and going crazy . It shows a -20 to - 40 degree and causes engine light to come on. No help from seller. If seller helps this will be 5 stars. Anyone else figure this out. I have a 2016 Ram 1500.

Very nice replacement for my driver side power folding 2017 Ram mirror and pretty easy to install. Functions and looks as good as over priced OEM, just hopefull to last for yrs.. Thx

This is an excellent replacement. Easy to install and it works perfectly. The motor runs slower than the stock mirror so the only difference is your stock mirror will fold in slightly faster than this one. Other than that, it is a match aesthetically to the original part.
