I got the suit for two reasons. The cover over my thighs, and the good price. I didn’t want to sell out over $100 for a competition suit just to get thigh coverage. So this was a good compromise. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for – it’s already stretching out and I haven’t even had it a year. The straps are wide, which is more comfortable, but the material degrades faster. then again, I go through so many swimsuits that maybe the price point makes it worthwhile. It really is a decent suit for the price.

Me: 5’11”, 165-170, 34E. Purchased size 40.Love this suit! Unfortunately, the torso was not quite long enough for me. Sure wish I could find a similar suit with long torso. It was quite snug getting on, would have been perfect in the water. Legs were perfect length and seemed like they would not ride up. A smaller-chested tall person might be able to wear it, but on me the side-boob action looked like I needed a pole and a quirky night club more than a pool… Other reviewers commented on the elastic straps; I rather liked them as they laid flat and didn’t bunch up to make a rope digging into my shoulders. I gave it 5 stars because it’s not Speedo’s fault that I’m tall. But tall women athletes are becoming more and more the norm, so I’m very disappointed that we STILL don’t have basic options.

This was a Christmas gift for daughter. Worn to the summer state swim meet and it did not offer the same water resistance as the previous fastskin of the same style. Really disappointing.

Bought this for my 12 year old daughter to use in competitive swim meets until we can buy real tech suits when she's 13. She wears a 30 in practice suits and we ordered a 26 in this. The fit was good and she probably could have gone with a 24 to be even tighter. However, the shoulder straps are a stretchy material and the top of the suit doesn't stay tight enough in the water. My daughter said water was getting into her suit in the chest area because of these loose straps.We returned this and bought the aquablade instead and it is excellent. Go with that suit instead of this and you'll be happy! Size down at least 2 sizes from your usual practice suits.

This is a great suit. It feels great and looks great. I bought it to take swim classes with my son. It's comfortable and conservative while still being sleek and fashionable and cool. It's great quality as well.

Great quality swimsuit, true to size. Very comfortable. Being a European brand, the size is UK/EU. I wear size 8/34 clothes in general, and got the same size Kneeskin. It fits perfectly. I also got a 6/32 and it is too small, although I can still wear it. Check out the size guide on Speedo's website if in doubt. I ended up getting three of these. Good service, too.

I've had it for 4 months now. Love it. I purchased the TYR Women's Fusion 2 Short John Swim Suit and it did not last at all! This one, not only I love the strap, which is made of a wide elastic band, which is super confortable, but it also is line in the upper part of the body, front and back, so it feels more fitted and durable. I like the design and cut too. The low cut on the back helps if you have lordosis like since if the back cut is not right, the bathing suit "puffs" out around the lower back.My only non-positive comment would be the elastic around the thigh is so tight. It happened to all the tech suits (Tyr) I had before. I can't understand why then don't do them like the jammers, that have more fabric at the bottom. Also, chlorine has not affected the fabric yet but it changed the color of the stitches but that does not bother me. II would definitely look for this model again when I have to replace mine.

I am not a competitive swimmer, and this is the first technical suit I've purchased. Though I did not buy this to improve swim speed, my activity tracker shows a consistent increase in average swim speed; I've gone from an average of .7 mph to an average of .9 mph. (Not Missy Franklin, I know.)Because I'm not interested in compression, I ordered a size up and I'm glad I did. This suit was tough to pull on the first time I tried it on; pulling the narrow chest over wide hips is tough. But two weeks later, it's pretty easy to pull on. I have a large chest, and this shows more side boob than I'd like, more than the other lap suits I wear. this may not be an issue for someone smaller than a small C.The biggest issue that I have with this suit is the issue that I have with all Speedo suits: they run long. I'm 5'3, and I think that the suit would fit better if I were an inch taller. There's a bit more fabric that I need length-wise, and that fabric pools in winkles. I was concerned that these wrinkles would cause drag, but since I'm seeing an uptick in speed, I don't think they are.Overall, it looks good, it seems well-made, and it's improving my swim. Despite the length issue, I'd order this again.And oh yeah, I've read that people have issues with technical suits being see-through. This one is not see-through.
