Perfect for the little ones who can't swim. Really allows kids to learn to swim and play in the pool when the water is over their heads. We've used it for both little grand children until they can swim on their own. Easy on because the zipper is in the back. The kids are comfortable wearing it. Most important of all, it really keeps them safe. I've used it on my grandchildren up to about 35 pounds with no problem. I'm not sure what the weight limit is, but it is the best way to turn the little ones loose in the pool and not worry about them drowning.

Fit perfect, but the pull-over top is hard to get on and off with the floating pieces inside. It would be better if the zipper in the back went all the way down, and came on like a vest, rather than a pull-over.The floating pieces inside are a little weaker than other swim suits like this. Kids have to swim, they cannot just float around. Which can be a good thing if you are teaching to swim.

Never bought one of these kinds of bathing suits but it is very nice for the child to be able to float and practice swimming. However the floating part kept coming up in the shirt ( not popping out or anything) which wasn't a huge problem but I feel like they should have sewn the floating part in or something to stop that from happening.

The size wasn't quite right and it was not that easy to take on and off our child. He also complained that it wasn't comfortable to wear. The sizing chart said it should fit, and it barely did. Overall it's not a bad product, but it didn't fit our child too well.

These are completely invaluable! Our kids(and us) never liked any of the other flotation devices as they restrict movement or can slip off. These suits go right over your child's bathing suit very easily and zip secure in the back...no possible way for these to come off! The kids do not mind these at all as they are very comfortable and kind of cool looking, they feel more proud of themselves as they are not wearing the 'baby floats' on their arms. Depending on how the suit fits may be one small issue, if the suit is a little big on your child the breast plate may ride up under your child's chin(doesn't choke them or anything and I think its just more uncomfortable for the parent to look at as our one child didn't mind it all). Please keep in mind, you can not just put your kid in this and expect them to bob like a buoy in the pool, if your child does not know the basics of staying afloat and upright they will go under(they won't sink, they're head will either go back or forth and become submerged! Otherwise, you can easily keep your kids afloat in these simply by holding one of their hands to keep them upright.

The suit works great for about a week of daily swimming, and then the pads start to shift, so you have to really settle them back in and keep an eye on your wee one. Working great for my son, but I think overall safety would be better if the pads were not so mobile inside the suit.

This suit is of such low quality materials that I can't even begin to explain how awful it is. But I'll give it a try:1. The bathing suit is made of super thin material with no net inside, like trunks typically have. My son had to wear another pair of trunks (thus negating the snaps that hold the suit together, which don't really stand the weight of both pieces of the suit) or underwear as he was quite uncomfortable.2. After only one use, upper part of the suit is ripped in two areas, on the seams. I read a review that said with constant use it would tear and all, but this was after 1 use! I can't believe it actually bears the Speedo name. I bought a girls' float suit which did not have this problem, but the whole suit is a one piece. The suit itself fits my son well, so I know it's not a sizing problem.3. Don't plan ahead. I bought this suit ahead of time for a beach trip. While we were gone on the trip, my "window" to request a refund expired, so while I was first experiencing this problem it was already too late for me to return it. When I tried to contact Amazon about how poorly made this suit is, my only option was to leave feedback here and leave a comment about how the package arrived. I'm sure that email was deleted after 7 seconds. INcredibly disappointed with this particular purchase.
