Plug was wired backwards so top and bottom movement was reversed. Just flop two of the six wires and worked great. Mirror frame fit good but top mirror glass vibrated a bunch while driving as the motor is mounted different to the frame of the base of the mirror than factory so I added some AC armor flex foam around the motor in a circle to help stabilize glass and it made it a 75% improvement. After all said and done I will live with it for a $500 -$600 savings over the factory mirror on a company commercial van.

There is something wrong with the controller on it and the mirror doesn’t turn properly. I don’t have another hour of my life to uninstall it to return it so stuck with it.If you don’t care about mirror moment moving or your wife is happy to stand in high speed traffic adjusting for you this is the perfect mirror for you.Otherwise FLEEE!!!!!!!

They fit perfectly (I bought left and right)The wiring issue is not fixed, I had to switch the white and the red wires ont both sidesHave not tested on the highway yet, so I don't know if they will vibrate.

Looks cheaply made, mirror shakes within the housing once you hit highway speeds, electric controls to adjust the mirror are reversedup is downdown is upleft is rightcheaper than a oem part but definitely not worth the money, buy another brand

This is the second mirror that I have order for the same vehicules, they seem quite fragile for breakage at the pivot section, also the second one has a motor trouble and only goes up and down but not sideways. Have to have it repaired. So this time I didn't save any money with ordering on Amazon because of defect.Here in québec it is still less expensive that ordering it through the dealer.
