I liked that it's stainless steel, since that means it would be stronger than mild steel. Just make sure you don't cook the stainless quality out of it when you weld to your non stainless frame. Your wire is probably not stainless so paint it, otherwise it'll partially rust due to the weld wire.

We are rebuilding a Cafe racer and apparently this is something that we needed for seat placement. It was packaged nicely with no damage from shipping which is always a good thing. We had zero issues with placement and the seat sits exactly where I would like it to. If you are doing any kind of rebuild and just want something that can be shipped to your house this is a very decent option. Happy overall with it.

This is a good, solid tube for customizing a motorcycle seat. I got it to weld onto a 1983 Honda V45 Magna, and the fit seems perfect. I haven't actually welded it yet, but it looks like it's going to do the job just fine.
