This was the only sink protector I could find to fit my sink 15 x 14.75 with the drain in the right place. I only wish I could find one with clear “feet” instead of black. I searched all over. That is the only thing I was disappointed in.

Nice sink protector… heavy, very well made. Unfortunately, I had to return it, as it was too big for my tiny sink.

The sink protector/grid for my 20-year-old Kohler kitchen sink needed to be replaced. The plastic coating was worn away in several places, and the exposed metal had become rusty (see photo). Problem: Kohler no longer stocks replacement grids for its older products. So began a long search. My Kohler sink is not rectangular; it is a trapezoid. It is deeper (front-to-back) on the left than it is on the right. In addition, the drain hole in the sink is at the rear. As expected, trapezoidal aftermarket grids are essentially non-existent. After careful measurement, I determined that a rectangular grid that is 16" wide and 14" deep would be a fair fit.I soon discovered that vendors' measurements for sink grids are not standardized. Some "16 x 14" grids are 14" wide by 16" deep. Other "16 x 14" grids are 16" wide by 14" deep (which is what I need). After looking at hundreds of grids on Amazon, eBay, home center, and plumbing supply sites, I have yet to find a 16"W by 14"D sink grid with a REAR drain hole. So I settled for this 15x12 grid (see photo). To be fair, it's a satisfactory product, and probably deserves more than 3 stars! I imagine I will eventually get used to it. But I am astonished that it has so far been impossible to find a 16"W by 14"D sink grid with a REAR drain hole. If anyone reading this knows of a sink grid of the required specifications, please let me know.
