The cables itself is fine, but the cheap connectors break with the slightest pressure. The rear of the bayonet shell is super thin and breaks off when making a connection. As a result the entire shell comes off. I had to tape and couple and short cable to the broken connector to make it work for the moment.

The cable is not as bad as the reviews. I bought cheap looking for something that'll get me buy in a rental for a while, knowing full well, when I leave, I'm probably not taking the cable with. Also bought with the intent to cut the BNC connector off and add a PL259 and N-type connectors to it. The reviews sort of scared me so that's why I'm writing this. If you are careful you can splice on a new connector. The braid is very thin, thinner than I expected, then there is foil shielding. When splicing you just have to be very careful not to tear it off or break the thin braid. I reinforced it with some solder and then a few heat shrink tubes. This is feeding my HF tuner with a power injector, 60hz DC, and it works much better than the short run of RG316 I was using. The noise is way lower than the 316, which I did not expect. Push on or crimp connectors might be the best option not those cheap screw on connectors that you commonly see in PL-259. Although I used both successfully with solder to reinforce the screw on ones. Next up I'm going to feed a Hy-Gain VB-214FM, possibly a second one phased together with the first and stacked accordingly. My repeater is a long ways away.

Good value although a little stiff. Thin cable and once "trained" to wrap correctly, works great.

Good connectors, somewhat stiff plastic jacket, but a great value. Works fine.
