What I love most about the stress balls is there portability. Whether I'm at work communicating, or relaxing at home, I can always have one on hand to provide instant relief. Plus the variety of textures and designs available adds an extra element of enjoyment to the experience. Overall I cannot recommend a stress ball enough. Recently, effective, and a must have for anyone looking to manage stress.

I have ordered 2 sets of these because I keep loosing them. They fit perfect in my hand. 3 different strengths and helps strengthen my broken wrist.

These balls are GREAT for my occupational and physical therapy exercises. They are firm but not too firm. Great for strengthening your hand and arm

these were nice quality but too small. Made for small hands, had to order bigger squeeze balls.
