Even though I am a beginner, I find that this braid is reasonable to tie with and dress out. The knots seem to hold well when I do them correctly. I have fought a few fish with it and this braid performed well. My knots...well not so much. I will get better at dressing but I can not fault the braid. I like it. I use it on my goto reel, Shimano Vanford 3000, which I love. I throw it from my Littma 9' rod MH/MF which I also love. I use Seaguar 20lb/test fluoro leader. I like the weight. There are probably other brand name fluoros that are much much easier to tie and dress.

This line works as well as other fishing lines but I truly believe it is many many times stronger. Do some homework before you head out to the lake to be sure all is working as it should.
