Works great and better than the regular Swiffer floor mop for hardwood floors. Highly recommend if you want to upgrade your regular Swiffer floor mop.

Item was faulty less than 2 months. First 2 weeks, water was leaking without using it. Now the spray is not working.

Since my last excellent Swiffer got misaligned, so I tried to get the part. But Amazon didn’t have that option. So I got the newest version. And was pleasantly surprised! The immediate improvement was that it now has a light, so when you’re doing a part of the floor that the light doesn’t get in the spot. This does. And for people who only have hardwood floors. Get this one. Because the brown pads mean for hardwood floors. Because the blue ones do all floors. It would be like driving a rear wheel drive truck with all season tires in a snow storm. These are superior too!

Better than the one we paid more for at Walmart... and this one is the newer One and on amazon is $20 cheaper. Say what? Yeah! Well, I’m happy with this one. It works and we use it every day. The one we got at Walmart stopped working after 5 days and we could not return it because the gift was over thirty days. So I bought this one newer one that has the lights and we like it a lot. And it still works lol.

I got talked into buying one of these with the excitement of being able to crochet my own cleaning pads that can be washed and because, if you Google instructions, you can refill the bottle that comes full of some god awful smelling solution that would kill anyone sensitive to scents. So, first order of business was to remove the bottle top by heating it in hot water and just "simply twisting it off". Oh, you can get the cap off with some channel locks and A LOT of heating it up in hot water, but it's not for sissies. I immediately dumped the stinky solution and filled the bottle with an environmentally friendly (and lung loving) solution. There are warnings that you CANNOT do this, but, yes, you can and that eliminates buying a new plastic bottle refill and that's a good thing.The company needs to send batteries that actually work. I got 4 dead AA batteries and was very happy to find a fresh package of some in my cupboard since they will not take rechargeable batteries (which is not something I've tested yet, but you can bet I will since the instructions to not use anything but the solution they sell is incorrect because there's Google that tells you otherwise).The pads. Oh, my. They basically just push dirt around even if you've swept really well. I ordered a two pack of reusable pads instead of turning into an earth muffin and crocheting my own out of cotton yarn (Google it...it's a thing).....but I haven't completely taken that idea off the table because I can actually crochet if forced into it. Th reusable pads will arrive soon and I'll be writing a review on those soon, but they do get raves already, so I think I'm on the right track.So, as long as your batteries are good (they are not optional and I thought all they were for was turning on the useless lights in the front...sort of like teeny, tiny headlights that might be great if you decide to mop your floor in the dark. But, no, the batteries are needed to make it spray solution. I have to admit that bummed me out a lot since I really am not in need of lights that do nothing in order to mop my floors, but, marketing is marketing.But, for the love of god, stop including dead AA batteries that say "Nanfeng" on the outside. Just say "batteries not included" like they do on most toys and stop wrecking Christmas.I did find the mop lightweight enough to not find any way to complain about that, but it wasn't easy figuring out how to get the bottle of solution seated in the holder. My husband finally stepped in and got forceful with it. I think I'll keep him around. Maybe he'll get curious enough to want to learn to mop floors?

We have extremely fragile, aka cheap, engineered hwfl that we are not supposed to get wet at all. Yeah, I know, how moronic to make a hwfl product you're not supposed to get wet. It already scratches and chips super easily, so I can see how too much wet would ruin it in no time. So cleaning was a challenge....that is, until I discovered this product, through my cousin who had one. I can spray just a tiny bit and the floors look fantastic. So easy!

I’m really not quite sure what the other reviewers are talking about. Yes mine didn’t come with directions but it’s very very easy to put together. It took me five seconds and there’s only a couple pieces that need to be clicked into place. I personally could do with or without the headlight feature in the mop but that’s fine. I’ve had it for a few months now and it works perfectly. This mop works on a variety of surfaces, we have tile and vinyl and it works great in both. It also doesn’t take much effort to get stuck in spots off. Ultimately I would buy it again and I would let the other reviews scare you away.

This product makes me so excited to clean! This is the easiest, best way to mop. The convenience of not needing to drag a bucket along, wring out a mop, or have a dirty mop all the time is wonderful. I’ve always wanted a swifter since I used my grammy’s when I was younger and this was a great purchase for me. The only downside is that I find that I use the liquid up very quickly and at $10-$11 a refill, it gets pricey. However it is a small price to pay for the convenience! Thank you Swiffer!

Bought this to replace an older one that the spray motor finally gave up the ghost...went together easily with popup connectors...only con was it took me a bit to figure out the battery compartment and my old hands had a bit of a go getting it open...the double spray nozzle should be a plus on it though. Liked that it came with batteries, off brand so we'll see how long they last...like it for easy cleanup...and being able to switch types of cleaners easily.
