I’ve been using this blender daily for a few weeks now and I’m seriously impressed! It handles everything from smoothies to crushed ice with no problem—super powerful, and the results are always smooth and consistent. The design is compact, stylish, and easy to clean (dishwasher-safe jar is a big plus!).What really stood out was the amazing customer service. I had a quick question about the settings and the support team got back to me right away—friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about my experience.Great product + great service = happy customer. Really good for the price. Hard to complain based on the price. I do wish it blended frozen berries a bit more but I’ve been using it daily for a year now and it works good enough!

bought for Christmas broke by March 12i was contacted by seller and offered a full refund. great serviceApril 15 no refund done , poor service . lesson learned

I've been very happy with my BL312 Syvio Personal Size Blender. I use it virtually every day to make my post-workout protein shakes. It's powerful, easy-to-use, and easy-to-clean-up. It has two speeds, which gives you options when blending. And it has a small footprint, so it doesn't take up much space on my kitchen counter. I love that it comes with two canisters and a 'to-go' lid for when I need to drink my shake from the car. I highly recommend!

Would be nice to know it can’t be used with frozen fruit ahead of buying. I usually make protein smoothies with protein powder, yogurt, frozen fruit, and some ice. It constantly over heats on me and I have to shake the bottle to actually have all items blend.

Love the fact that this blender has 600 watts of power! That's insane for the type of blender that it is! Most run much lower & you wonder if they will be able to do the things you want with it. This one will!It has 2 containers to mix in also. It was very reasonable price-wise & just what I needed! I was impressed! Sometimes you need to take a chance on a product you've never heard of from reviews or even seen on the shelf. I'm glad I took the jump and ordered the syvio. Good product!

I am very disappointed with the service and the product.I purchased the item about 6 months ago. All was going well. However, for some reason, all of a sudden, it didn't work one day. I decided to contact the company for a replacement. Their response was if I want to get a replacement, I need to write them a "GREAT" review so they can keep their reputation of the product. I need to send them a screen shot, then they will send me a replacement for free.In the email, I told them I can't do that because the product wasn't durable and it should've been covered by the warranty of the product. I can't make up good review to get a replacement. This is un-ethical and deceiving.Then they ghosted me and never reply my email again. I will never purchase anything from them again.

Es muy bueno! Su poder es bueno y tritura perfecto el hielo o fruta congelada. No se quejen del ruido, es un mini licuador, que esperan? No es excesivamente ruidoso como otros motores. Las ventosas de la base son útiles para que no se deslice al manipularlo, buena idea. La limpieza es simple y fácil

I got this for the GF and I as we’ve decided to stop eating Eggo waffles, bacon, bagels, etc as our choice foods for a quick/convenient breakfast.Why this one? Namely, the price and the fact that it comes with two large travel cups. One for her and one for me. We also love that the blades are their own lid. Pop it off and pop your travel top on…and off you go. No pouring into another container. Rinse the blades off and cleanup is done.My breakfast smoothie consists of1 cup frozen berries1 cup coconut milk1 cup V8 Veggies & Fruit drinka LITTLE squirt of Stur (We picked Stur because it has Stevia and not any other fake sugar - all of which are incredibly bad for you)I add almost a full scoop of the veggie powder, as well.This will just about fill the cup and you can add an ice cube or two to top it off, if you like.It’s DELICIOUS, quite filling, packed with all kinds of healthy crap and waaaaaay better for you than Eggo waffles. 😇If you require more (before lunch), a hard boiled egg and/or a small scoop of nuts, works great.I’m no nutritionist, btw. This has just been working for me. Went from 214 to 204 in a couple of weeks (with other healthy conscious food choices throughout the day).The berries, coconut milk and juice will make about a weeks worth of smoothies. Obviously, the Stur and veggie powder last a lot longer. The berries are going toBe your most expensive. I go for the big bag which can be anywhere from $8-$12. It doesn’t bother me, I consider my health a good investment. 🤷🏻♂️
