Having a place to jot down notes and store important documents while on job sites or on the road is essential. Even better when it comes in one of your favorite colors. Here are my thoughts:The binder arrived quickly and was packaged appropriately for what it is.It feels very heavy duty and genuinely feels well made. I was particularly pleased with the stitching; it does not look like this is a second-rate piece at all.A nice touch was the added paper and the ability to put three ring punched documents in order.Super nice, we will see how well she holds up!

Really nice portfolio. The color is a little bit brighter than a typical coyote brown, but the nylon and stitching are good. Zippers are not YKK, but still zip smoothly. Inside, there's plenty of organization, but if you want sleeves for the 3 ring binder, you'll have to supply your own. The tablet slot is pretty roomy which can be nice, but my iPad actually slides around in it. And I'm not a fan of the orientation of the velcro strap for the iPad slot. I do like the carry handle and the overall look if it. It is pretty wide so you'll need to make sure it fits in your backpack if your backpack is on the smaller side.

I got this to carry paperwork as a chaperone on a field trip to 'the big city'. I'm not as organized most of the time (compared to how I'd like to be) and getting this was actually quite helpful. This gave me a place to put all the papers I would need to track students and activities and make sure we didn't leave anyone behind. Some of the other parents were quite open about how they wished they'd had something like this for themselves. The handle makes lugging this around quite easy, and the myriad of internal pockets makes storing cards or IDs quite simple. I even found that the tablet pocket was large enough to hold my 13" laptop. I had no way to carry the power adapter, but so long as I recharged it overnights that wasn't a problem as the battery was fairly new. I don't believe this is officially waterproof, but the one day of rain we had it worked well enough that the papers and my laptop stayed dry as I did try to keep it under the poncho I had on. While I didn't use the Velcro on the cover, it would be a quick way to either show who owned which one of these or a quick way to transfer ownership as people moved around (if an organization had several of these for different people or roles). I also liked that the outside zipper actually had two heads to open and close the portfolio. The pocket on the outside cover wasn't big enough for 8.5x11" papers, but I found it was a good place to put papers I was done with, I just folded them in half first and then they fit fine (and were kept contained by the Velcro closure). At $47 this isn't cheap, but I found that the value is there so the price is definitely reasonable for everything you get.

This is a cool item. It is large, though. It fits a full A4 paper -- i don't know the name -- tablet? - It has tons of features though. Velcro binder clips is amazing. I'm not sure if it is waterproof, but since they don't say so I am guessing it is not. It is something that would be cool to bring to an interview, or if you're an officer or whatever and need these on the job they seem tough.

Very impressive oversized portfolio binder which appears large enough to carry folders flat without "roughing" up the ends of the paper, as more business portfolios have a tendancy to do. The binder is made of thick desert colored canvas and should hold up to wear and tear. Stains on the cover, I'm not sure of, but adding some scotch guard before use may assist with the stains. The outside pocket Velcros and there are two places for patches on the front. The portfolio closes with two plastic zippers. The portfolio has an inside pocket large enough for an ipad, plus there is a velco strap ensuring it doesn't fall out. The compartments for ID, and credit cards is adequate and there is a place to store a pen. there is also a "molly" which can hold small equipment like a pen light. The portfolio also includes a not pad, but also a 3 ring binder ring. I personally would use the 3 rings, to hold another plastic pouch. For $20, a great value for a long-lasting product.
