I truly dislike writing negative reviews. With that said these were completely useless for me. I had a standard pair of sneakers and they wouldn’t install and kept breaking as I tried. In the end I just threw them out. Even taking into account that I could have been installing them incorrectly, I had others try to install and they too were unsuccessful. This is a wonderful concept and we’re described properly in the description, unfortunately I couldn’t in good conscious recommend this product.

These fashion silicone no tie shoe straps really come in handy when it comes to my kids shoes. She's yet to master the art of tying her shoes so these give me an option of putting them on her shoes so she can put her own shoes on by herself without having to worry about a string to tie. They're pretty easy to put on your shoes you simply remove the original shoestring and select which size strap you want to use First. You start at the very tip of the shoe putting the smallest strap in first and gradually getting wider at the foot end of the shoe. Each one comes with multiple different straps so you will have enough for each of the lace holes in your shoes, I had to use less when using them on a child shoe than I would on an adult shoe. Obviously would pick the smaller sizes for children shoes and possibly The Wider ones for adults. The only thing I noticed about these was it was a little hard for me to pull them through the lace holes and I had to tug pretty hard multiple times. It did end up hurting my hand after I finish both shoes so I wouldn't suggest doing a bunch of shoes at the same time. Also on one of the straps I broke off a little tiny piece of the silicone, but the strap still seem to work. I tried using them on ny own shoes as well and found that the holes on my Adidas were too small to get them through easily and i ended up giving up. I guess i will just stick to using them for my kods shoes as they were too much of a hassle on mine. I love how this allows my daughter to put her shoes on and take them off with ease, and the multiple colors give you a wide option of lace colors for different types and styles and colors of shoes.

I wasn’t going to get these because of the reviews of how hard or impossible it was to get them on but glad I took the chance. I bought the adult size for my 9 year old son for school. So he can get his shoes on fast when he takes his snow boots off, he doesn’t have a whole lot of time to get to class from his locker. I even used one half of a pair on my tennis shoes and used the rest for my toddler’s sneakers too. Easy for me to get these on the shoe, but I have small hands maybe was my advantage. My shoes feel good on my feet with them and are just tight enough where my shoe won’t leave my foot while walking/running. I have Addidas shoes and they are perfect now. My son has no problems with them either and he’s hard on his shoes.

After 30+ years of tying and untying shoelaces, I've decided that my motoric skills have reached a plateau and it's time to move on. Finally I'm wearing that pair of shoes I've not touched for a year because they needed to be laced. Did a little test drive - slip-in, slip-out. Just as advertised. Was a bit concerned with the size, of course went for the longer pieces. A perfect fit. And looks great. Now the shoe with string laces look all dirty and old compared to the same shoe with the rubber laces.Installation took about 5 minutes per shoe, wasn't trivial. I guess with big eyelets it would be a breeze, but for the tiny holes I had in my shoes it was a bit of a challenge. Important to do one side first, putting the T arm of the rubber lace first, and pulling it from the inside slowly, grabbing more of the lace little by little. After one side is done, start connecting it with the other side beginning from the smallest lace.

My 6 year old son is learning how to tie his shoes, but he hasn't mastered it yet, so I thought these would be helpful in the mean time, since he's getting too big for velcro. Unfortunately, my son says that they make his tennis shoes way too loose and they slip off his feet when he runs. They seem to work good on his Converse sneakers, but those only use four of out the six laces. I ended up having to buy a different type of no tie shoe lace for the tennis shoes that use elastic laces and a plastic locking mechanism. They seem to work a lot better, as you can adjust the tightness like real shoe laces. I would recommend something like that over these, especially if your kiddo has a narrow foot, like mine, since there is no way to adjust them.

As soon as I saw these, I just had to have them. Why? You ask, well because I have Fibromyalgia, and I often have pain in my hands and fingers, which prevent me from tying my shoes. So I tie my tennis shoes loose enough so that I can slip in and out of them without much effort. I do have to wear tennis shoes most days, with 2 sets of memory foam inserts, because my feet also have pain and stiffness as seen in my hands and fingers.I definitely had trouble with getting the tieless shoe laces inserted thru the eyelets of my tennis shoes. They were tough to get thru, I had to get a pair of tweezers to aid in the placement of the laces. But remember, I have pain and stiffness issues, so it may not be as difficult for the regular folk. In fact, I had hubby lace up the 2nd show, and he didn't really think they were that hard to lace.Once laced, I tried them on. They weren't hard to get on, but not as easy as when I had the shoes loosely laced with regular laces. They felt nice and comfortably snug, like they won't be falling off. I went up and down the stairs a few times, and they didn't budge, and after wearing them for 30 minutes, they didn't feel too tight at all. They were a breeze getting off, as well.
