This arrived well packaged. I found this fairly easy to assemble especially in comparison to IKEA instructions. I was a little worried that it wouldn't be sturdy enough to hold my older & heavier Samsung 42" TV, but it was fine. I easily moved it around with no issues.My main issues are:1) It uses only a phillips screw to secure the tilt feature. I could only tighten it so much, but the TV weight was still too heavy and it would tilt down. It would probably be fine for lighter computer monitors .2) The quick lock & release system may not be usable on all monitors and is dependent on the position of where the brackets attach to back of monitor. I centered the brackets on my TV & wanted it to be viewed at a higher position. Unfortunately, I was only able to hang my TV in the lowest position or the quick lock & release system wouldn't work due to where the brackets attached to my TV.Overall, it worked for my purposes and will work fine for lighter computer and TV monitors, but heavier monitors may be an issue.
