I thought this would be a great line for my boat, but the hook was easily pulled and straightened!Luckily, I was testing it with my **regular go-to rope**, so no issues there. It’s essentially a **bungee inside a thick plastic tube** for a tidy setup. We were on a lake when this happened, so just minor waves from passing boats. Forget salt water!Maybe I just wasn’t using it correctly?

Worked great until it didnt. Broke on the very first trip. Used 2 nights came back and it was destroyed. No high winds and parked at a slip at lake powell.

These may be made for tying up boats, but I actually got them for my son who lives on the water in Boston. They get a ton of wind, and his balcony furniture was constantly getting knocked around. These were super easy to wrap around the railing and now everything stays put! Strong, durable, and a creative fix that works perfectly.
