It worked to hold my battery down in my car. My old one rotted out and the battery was just floating around in the engine bay. Now it's not.

A little wide. Doesn’t fit between 2 little lids where fluid goes in battery. But wanted to use any ways . I put a small piece of wood between lids so bracket would lay flat on top of battery so I could tighten it down. I put 2 in my Tacoma. Both had to have shims
