I used this tarp to cat proof my Intex airbrd along with a roll of packing foam (around the edges twice), two blankets (slippery soft ones), a pillow top and it freaking worked! She dug her nails in stretching to jump up, and hauled off digging her nails in, and it didn't phase it. My bed sounded like a giant diaper but it was well worth it in my opinion.

Had to take one star off, as others have noted, "a few of the eyelets were deformed.Not a deal breaker for me. Just would have been nice for quality control to catch these consumer annoyances. Silver tarp reflects the sun and prevents some heat build up in our dog pen.No dog(s) as our little one passed away awhile back. It's now just used as a utility shed.No sigh of UV light destroying the tarp yet. Hope it lasts 4 or 5 years like the last one.

This is my heaviest tarp and I must say its truly a pro quality. Gromets are every 2 ft. and I staked every one to insure stability. Laid flat to cover an 18 ft round deflated (drained) pool during the winter. I am confident that this cover will keep out sun light. snow melt and any debris from the surrounding trees. Would buy again.

We have used 5 different sized tarps from this manufacturer to cover our outdoor porch furniture. This includes sofa gliders, large table, chairs and misc. other items. We tie the tarps to the furniture using bungee cords, which we have also purchased from Amazon.Our winters are cold, lot of wind, freezing rain and snow. There are several attributes that we appreciate with this manufacturer's products. First, the gromets are tightly adhered to the tarps, and after 3 years of winter use, not one gromet has pulled from the material. Second, the tarp is WATERPROOF! We have experienced no tears, or leaks despite heavy winds and ice. Third, the seller ships quickly which, with this recent order, proved helpful as the 10x12 tarp arrived just in time before the heavy rains from the western storms hit our area!Fourth, I have not found an alternative tarp at the big box stores, that were competitively priced. I have purchased several different BBQ grill covers that lasted a single season. So, this year we purchased a smaller tarp and have the grill snuggly sealed up!

This spring, I had to retire an old blue 6' x 8' tarp because it had started to disintegrate after a decade of service protecting my lawnmower and other garden supplies on the north side of my house. I purchased this Tarpco tarp based on reviews and the claim that it was UV resistant. However, as you can see from the photo, this new tarp was not up to the task, shredding in just six months of use. I would discourage anyone from considering this tarp if it would be used to cover items outdoors in locations with significant sun exposure - it is NOT up to the task.Update - The Amazon seller, AKR Supplies, reached out to me after my review was posted to apologize for the inconvenience and offer a full refund. AKR did not attach any strings to the refund such as deleting or editing the review, but I am adding a third star to my rating to reflect their customer service.
