This is very good and cute. The only thing is that the heart shape of the mesh is not as sturdy(solid) as I thought, but easy to put back in place.

Product looks nice, but i imagine it smaller so it can be used in a regular mug, other than that, materials are good and works perfect for a delicious hot tea beverage

I like the concept, but quite a bit of tea bits escape and get into my tea. The mesh is great and holds the loose tea well, but it does not close as tightly as it should, which allows too much space causing a lot of small pieces to fall out.

The product itself was fine as far as general construction, and I had no issue w the price, but I am new to tea drinking and had 2 tea balls that my girlfriend had bought me a while back that when I used finely ground bulk tea it would fall through the screen. We were not able to determine whether the tea balls I had were fine screen, but I assumed not, so I ordered these as they were advertised to have fine screens. However, they have the same size holes as the ones I already have, so … bummer. I returned them.I was then contacted by the seller, who was bummed that I gave a less than stellar rating, and asked me to reconsider. I asked them to revise their description so others would not experience what I did, and they did it right away. I was very impressed with their commitment, and have upgraded my rating now from 3 to 5 stars.

I drink tons of tea and these heart shaped tea infuser balls are great. They hold quite a bit of loose leaf tea and clean easily. I love the shape :-) Ordering was easy at a great price. They arrived fast! I would recommend!
