Entre fondu et crêpe, rien à redire, l'appareil fonctionne bien.Dommage que la chauffe soi en continu. Un thermostat serait un plus.

I send it back because it did not produce in enough heat for the cheese to melt. I believe it is made for European voltage.

Machine came in with European plug. It has a Europe to US adapter that came with it, but it did not work. I replaced it with another adapter, which worked but then the machine was not heating enough at all (cheese would not melt even after 10 min). It is likely because the machine is made for Europe voltage (240 volts) and not adapted to US voltage (110 volts). Contacted the manufacturer to get an explanation / refund but did not get a reply. Too bad, it’s a pretty good brand in Europe but I guess they missed the 101 class on how to sell electric products in the US.

Ls recomiendo 100%. En casa hacemos muchos fines de semana Fondue o Raclette, y es super cómodo poder hacer a la vez cosas a la plancha mientras se derriete el queso raclette.
