We experienced an issue with USPS marking the item as delivered when it wasn't. I reached out and they refunded me, and I happened to receive the item two days later, I believe it was. I wanted to keep the tie and rate it so we went through avenues to recharge for it while my dad, unfortunately, passed around the same time. They were very understanding in my delay and helpful through everything.The tie itself is great btw. Even blurs as you get to the smaller letters for effect!Thanks again Jena!

I got this product for my little brother who is trying to get into Optometry school. He currently works at an optometry clinic and loved this tie! He couldn't wait to use it. It is made of good quality and looks exactly how the picture shows.

Got for a present. They loved it. It is cute, but the printing on the tie isn't very crisp.

I bought this tie for a friend's husband who works in the optical department at our local Wal-Mart! HE LOVED THIS TIE!!!! It was a great length and will be perfect for him to wear to his job!!! I am so glad I found this and bought it. It was THE perfect gift!!
