The connection for the speedbag loosens. The speedbag flew off once. Locktight may be required for the top connection. Glue may be required to keep the plastic bumpers in place on the speedbag height adjustment. No issues with the heavy bag attachment. My bag is 100#..

My son is enjoying every bit. I have to turn sideways and get his big bag put on it but this is just what the Dr. Ordered. Definitely recommend it if you have the space

Had to return this item because I didn’t need it anymore. The box I received it in was all torn up and had pieces falling out as if someone else had already opened it before it being delivered to me. Not saying the product isn’t worth the buy… just the possibility that someone might go through it because the box is pretty heavy and big.

My son's 100lb bag hung in center of garage.Now it's not! Set up was easy. Spend the time get everything tight or ut will be squeaky and rattle. If you have some weights to put on the frame it works really good!

This stand is okay, easy to assemble and had all the parts. Unfortunately, it's so short, I sometimes punch over the bag! I'm not super tall, this stand is very small! I want to return, but they won't refund since I've assembled and used. Save your money, do some research and find a stand that will hold your bag at a height that works for you. Unless you are 4 feet tall, this is not the stand for you.Quality wise, I've had it less than a week and it already squeezes when I hit the bag. I have 300 pounds of sandbag holding it down and it still squeaks. One of the posts was filled with sand when I received and I had to try to shake it out of a tiny hole. So quality wise, this is poor quality.Also, I was excited for the speedbag piece but it's garbage! It shakes constantly to the point it makes the speedbag move side to side and is super frustrating! Plus, the speedbag is attached to particle board which arrived chipped and is very weak material. Overall, worst boxing purchase I've made! If you live near me, it'll be on the sidewalk available for anyone that wants to take it!

My teen boys, assembled it, pretty easy, and seems very sturdy. Probably needs a couple weights on bottom to hold in place, when punching and kicking, but there are rods specifically for that. It's great, we love it!
