The black paint at many locations was removed, I guess because of the handling or used ones have sent to me. The bags were also found open.

Since one screw was above and two below the rod , i found it little difficult to install. The one above was difficult to see for high celling. Overall the support should be good. It can hold thick rods. I recommend though.
