  • Tourna Tour Grip is made for a cushion feel
  • 1.75mm is a standard thickness and it offers both cushion and the ability to still feel the bevels of your racquet
  • A thin layer of cushioning helps absorb shock and vibration
  • Perforations help absorb moisture, and the synthetic material provides a tacky feel
  • Backed with adhesive for a secure wrap around the handle. Beveled edges ensure a seamless skin tight wrap around the handle
  • Long enough for the largest tennis handles
  • 1 Grip per Package, includes Finishing Tape
  • Endorsed by Hall of Fame Legend Pete Sampras as his Replacement Grip of choice

Tourna Tour Grip has a traditional feel for a tennis replacement grip. The 1.75mm thickness is standard to most original racquet grips. The cushioning provides a plush feel to absorb shock and vibration, but it is not so thick that you cannot feel the bevels anymore. The synthetic material provides a nice tacky feel used alone, or a secure under-layer for an overgrip to be wrapped on top. Recommended to pair with a TOURNA overgrip like Tourna Grip, Tourna Tac, or Mega Tac that does not have any adhesives on the back to ruin your original grip.

I used this to add grip to a baby carriage. It worked.

This replacement grip is a good choice for people who prefer synthetic grips. The surface is moderately tacky, providing a solid hand-racket interface. The surface perforations also seem to help with sweat management. It hadn't been warm on any of the days I've played with it, but my normal hand sweat seemed to be mitigated by the grip. The cushioning is of a reasonable thickness. I am not terribly sensitive to vibration and don't play enough to accumulate chronic problems (once a week plus serve practices), so I can't say how effective it is at dampening the effects of vibration. It's not so thick that it significantly increases the grip size or obscures the bevels, but it does make them slightly harder to feel than thinner grips I've used. It's still easy to feel the bevels, but if you're used to playing a purple Tournagrip right on the plastic grip, you will notice a difference.
