I selected the flat top after pretty extensive research, and I'm quite happy with the decision. Definitely very heavy duty product. Even heating with really no hot or cold zones. While there is of course some natural heat bleed, the different heat zones work better than expected. I had a couple issues with the griddle the first couple months, and the Traeger customer service was prompt and helpful.

The leg mounting is Terrible, Tried to roll grill to back patio, wheel caught on side walk around house and both legs bent,Very terrible Design! Wheels Screw into lower legs, They can't support the weight of the grill assembly and they also bend, Traeger I thought was Quality Brand. They should fire the Design Department.

Grill arrived and was assembled by Amazon. The team did great work. No fault of the delivery guys, but the burners didn’t light up the correct lights and the gas sensor doesn’t work. One wheel would not swivel and needs to be swapped.Traeger tech support went through the issues and found the problems timely, but the solution is to send me a new mother board and for me to disassemble and reassemble the grill. I asked if they were going to send a tech and the answer was no. Brand new out of the box and the repairs are on me? Ridiculous customer service. Tried to go through the return process but it’s asking me to disassemble and put it back in the box. I don’t have the box, it was delivered and assembled… frustrating

Everything seems to be great but only found 3 castor wheels in the box. Should be 4 ! What do I need to do to get another castor?

I bought this for my husband for Father’s Day and he is so happy with it! It makes everything tastebetter! Easy to use, easy to clean! It is better than the blackstone in my opinion as far as appearance and performance. I don’t even think they’re in the same league when it comes to quality although the price point is similar.

Really happy with my Flatrock purchase. It was easy to set up and I’ve had a good experience with it so far. We bbq’d this past weekend with friends and family and cooked tacos on it. The chicken, steak, bell peppers, onions, and tortillas fit on the griddle all at once and cooked evenly. Cleanup was easy with the grease trap and no grill grates or frying pans to clean. Everyone had great things to say!
