These hiking shorts are everything I didn’t know I needed. I’m 5'6", around 200 lbs, and carry most of my weight in my thighs and midsection. I went with my usual size (XL) and they fit true to size—loose, comfy, and didn’t ride up like most shorts do. But if you like a snugger fit, you could definitely size down. Prefer a super roomy feel? Size up. Either way, the cut is thoughtful and flattering.The best part? No constant adjusting. I’ve got thick thighs, and usually shorts bunch, grind, and ride up every five minutes. It’s ANNOYING. I’m out here trying to enjoy or survive a hike—not deal with a wedgie front to back. These stayed in place, didn’t dig in, and let me move without thinking about my clothes every five steps.And like their leggings, these have that genius front-to-back zipper that makes bathroom breaks way easier. If you’ve ever had to pee on a trail or in a nasty public bathroom, you know how awful it is to fully undress or keep your clothes from touching the floor. This design solves all of that—quick, discreet, and CLEAN.On top of that, they feel like a high-quality piece. Breathable but sturdy, built for real activity—not fast fashion. And the fact that this is a women-owned business designing for real women? Love to see it, and happy to support it.I’ll definitely be buying a second pair. These shorts are a yes.
