My 2012 ford focus needed a bearing replacement. I did a lot of research and it was cheaper just to replace the entire assembly. I found this on Amazon and it was the best purchase I made. The car rides smooth again and no more noises. It was easy to replace just follow the steps you find on YouTube.

I have been trying to get ahold of this company for 2 months now they sold me a defective knuckle which ok it happens but now they don’t reply and you can’t get through for a replacement under warranty! If something happens to me in this car due to this knuckle this company is going to have a much bigger problem than horrible customer service support. If anyone from the company reads this please reply as I need this replacement knuckle 2 months ago

Worked well. Needed to do alignment when done. Was a great inexpensive repair.

Fast shipping, good price! Liked the video, never did this job before but was able to after watching video and ensuring I had the right tools. On that note, my drive shift did not come out as smoothly as the video. Was able to borrow hub assembly puller (pictured) from local parts store and it came right out. Took me about 4 hours start to finish as the tie rod was also being a pain, had to use a a pipe for leverage and it came loose. Put on the new part and had no issues after road test. Saved me about $400 in labor after checking 3 different shops for quotes.

Item seems to be in perfect condition despite being placed in an oversized box where the item could just bang around inside of.Update: I was shipped the wrong part. There’s a discrepancy between trims.

The knuckle fit fine and went together easy and straightforward but the bearings are either loud or starting to fail already in a month. I did a simple spin test before installing and it was smooth but they have made noise the entire time they have been on my car. The right side with the same company no problems so I’m not sure if it’s failing already or just loud. The left bearing went out in the new knuckle in 3 months. The grease from the bearing was oozing out the back so the seal failed. I have found finding quality auto parts harder and harder including from name brand. I bought two (a left and a right) and the left went bad quickly but was very impressed by their warranty and replacement. They asked for a few basic pieces of information and shipped a new one no questions asked and they said not to ship back the old part. I’m guessing part of that is the expense of return shipping but was impressed because the part arrived in 3 days and has been installed and so far so good.Update 2 (5 months): The second bearing set is failing and in spite of the good customer service and a 2 year warranty, I can’t advise this brand for anything bearings related. I also replaced the front right and it’s failed now as well after a few months. These are cheap bearings on good assemblies. I replaced the rears with a different brand and have had no issues at all.
