When I bought this I wish they offered faster shipping but other than that this kit is awesome the instructions lead you step by step the whole way can’t really make it any easier. The quality of everything included is 100% the gauge works flawless and I love the color it matches the color of my other rocker switches great job guys would by again for another unit

Bought this to add an extra battery to my kawasaki teryx 800 le sxs. Instructions that came with it were a little vague but once i got it all hooked up it works great!!!!! Nice that it came with a volt meter so i can see it charging my starting battery and then switch over and charge my accessory battery. Dont have to worry about all my accessories killing my starting battery. And if i notice the accessory battery is running low all i have to do is start the sxs up and it will charge the battery right back up. Must have if your running lots of accessories on your side by side and dont want to run your starting battery down and be stranded.

The positive and negative wires need to be longer. At least the negative. This is not a cheap kit, and there is plenty of hardware and other wire provided, but as quite a few reviews say, the negative was not long enough and they had to purchase one to finish their install, just like I did.

I own a 2010 Polaris 800 RZRs and when the time came to set up a dual battery setup isolating the back up battery so I could run my radio, lights and accessories without fear of killing the primary I looked to options for isolators. The TrueAm was highly recommended on several forums so I did some research, part of which was calling the manufacturer. I was impressed that my calls were answered by a real person and on top of that the owner of the company. He walked me through the process and explained clearly how his product worked and gave recommendations on the install. I must say it was real easy to do and the instructions were crystal clear. Took me about 30 minutes, mostly trying to figure out ways to run the wires so they would look nice and neat and be tucked away correctly. Been a few months now and the system works great. I have a CTEK battery tender hooked up with a quick connect to the main battery and when it is stored in the garage the main is charged to full before it switches over and charges the Aux battery. While out in the field I can turn off the RZR and run my radio, lights, and any other accessory, completely dump the Aux and still have a full fresh main battery to start the RZR. Very happy with the purchase and impressed with the quality of the TruAm Isolator.
