I found this cover to be true to its advertised description. The material is stretchy so it goes on and comes off without any fuss. If there was any doubt about the purpose of this cover, it's to keep it dust and scratch-free in storage. It's not mean to be used while playing music. The material, while breathable, is much thick than speaker cloth. Also it will likely trap heat since it covers then entire speaker.I've posted a few pictures to show the product both installed and uninstalled as well as a close up to show it's not see-through like speaker cloth.

When I first took this out of the packaging I was skeptical it would cover the giant speaker it was intended for. I was pleasantly surprised when it slid right on and stretch all the way to cover the entire speaker. Well, all but the last inch or tow of the base when standing up vertically. If you usually utilize these speakers in the horizontal configuration then it doesn't cover as well. However, if you use them vertically it covers every inch of the speaker than needs protection.It won't exactly protect it from more than dust and a light drizzle, but that's not what you would buy this product for. I store mine in my garage and when I am not using them they collect quite a bit of dust. This product will keep my speakers clean and looking newer longer than just sitting there exposed to the elements.
