So fun for my daughter! She has loved these eggs from 8 months and she is now 13 months. Cute to hold, shake and now she likes to carry it around, hide it. It's a darling toy.

These are my seven month old's favorite toy. Hands down. I know they aren't meant for babies, so we always supervise him when he has them. They seem really sturdy though--he throws them all the time, and they're holding up beautifully.

I bought these as a last-minute addition to my 1 year old's Easter basket. She loves shakey things like this, and I thought the eggs would be fun. I looked at a bunch of different ones here on Amazon and decided on these based on price and reviews not saying they fell apart.Note that you only get TWO. It does say 'sold in pairs,' but I guess I ignored/didn't see that. Had I realized, I may have just gotten a single wooden one instead. I was expecting 5 when I opened the box, but that's my fault for not reading closer.Also, the random color I got has to be the ugliest - both eggs are sort of a neon yellow-green. Meh.Anyway, they sound nice and I know she will love them tomorrow morning!

My 11 month old baby loves these shakers. They are the perfect size for her little hands. They make a nice amount of noise that keeps baby engaged, but doesn't annoy everyone around her. The shakers seem very durable, I would be really surprised if they broke open even though baby is pretty rough on them. Also, the plastic material has a nice amount of grip to them so they won't easily slip out of your hands. Highly recommend!

My young children in my music classes love these egg shakers used in our interactive Galliump songs ([...] Children love to participate during music classes, and rhythm instruments work great!

I purchased a set of two of these for my niece's first birthday. She loved them and so did the grown ups at the party. The sound they make is pleasant and the hot hot pink color makes them harder to lose. I ended up giving several people the link to purchase these!

I own these shakers in 4 colors. It happened one day that there were all these black beads ALL over the floor. I look around everywhere trying to figure out where they came from. Sure enough, the green egg had broken open. This is a toy I gave to a 14 month old. Not OK. PLEASE DON'T GIVE TO YOUNG CHILDREN, and musicians, you may as well save your money because there are much higher quality egg shakers out there.

these shakers are so fantastic! my daughter just loves them to pieces! they are sturdy, come in cool colors, and have a nice sound to them!
