If you fill this pencil holder with too many tall things, it will tip over. If you're using it for ball-point sized things only (not rulers or pointers), it's fairly stable. I have it on my shelf behind my desk where it can't tip as easily because O have it against the back of the shelf. A bit of command adhesive or similar tapes would probably help. Nice smooth edges mean you could totally hang this on a wall with appropriate adhesives.

Great pen and supplies holder for desk. It is made from a thick, heavy acrylic with 4 slots. Its great to hold pens, pencils, and other supply items to help keep them readily available. I love that it is clear and makes a great accessory to my desk.

Came nicely wrapped so no scratches. This piece is very sturdy. The height is great. Unsure if it will be used for makeup brushes or pens and pencils. The quality is great and I will get use from this for many years to come.
