Just did a swim run event with this. I added elastic so it could stay on my leg whilst running. It gave loads of buoyancy so my legs didn’t sink at all. My swim pace was the same as what I do in the pool.

If you are an adult this is the swimming aid for you. Comfortable, easy to use, plenty of buoyancy

Great! Much better than previous ones I’ve bought. Increased pace & comfortable. For reference I’m about 13 stone, do weigh training & swimming regularly.

Perfect size buoy struggled with others as they were too small this is just right makes swimming effortless.

Great product, once I cut it down to size! I used a hacksaw to cut about a third of it off. First I sliced 1/4 off and it was still too buoyant. Once I had the right size I like it! Still more flotation than a standard buoy, which rides too low for me.
