These don’t seem to be as strong as some we have used in times past, but seem to serve a decent purpose for what we use them for , holding a shade cloth in place

My blinds undergo heavy winds from time to time along with very cold conditions. Inevitably, the plastic loops that holds the metal ring will break or snap. Nothing anyone can do to prevent this. I ordered this replacement and it slipped on perfectly. In fact, it was a little snug, which was welcoming.As my old ones break, I'll keep replacing them with these!

These replacements were hard to get into the pipe. I was afraid to use a hammer because I didn't want to break them. I did finally get them in with the help of my husband. Took two: one to hold the pipe, one to gently tap them into the pipe with a screw driver & a hammer. They'd be a much better product if they were made of steel. I'm afraid our winds will just break the loop off again.
