How to use
Step 1:
- Combine the red and the blue together through the buckle in the middle. As shown in the figure, the blue part is at the bottom and the red part is on the top.
- In this step, it is important to ensure that the rotation directions of the openings of the two cards are consistent, as indicated by the yellow part in the figure.
Step 2:
- Pass the white rod through the holes in the middle of the cards and assemble them in sequence from 1 to 8 as shown in the picture.
Step 3:
- As shown in the figure, assemble the five - pointed star and fix it onto the paper pinwheel.

These are cute BUT sort of frustrating to put together. If your hands don't work well with small projects ... buy another product. This one is not for you!! I wouldn't buy them again, but once I got them together, they're good enough.

Easy to assemble but the rear side of the mill gets hung up on the mounting post so I used a twisty tie to keep it from getting hung up, other then this peeps it’s a not a bad buy.

I ordered these as a fun decoration for Memorial Day and Fourth of July.My wife managed to assemble these herself and she is definitely not good to putting things together (she says herself). The kids had fun with these and it was a nice decoration. They have held up well overall. Good value.

Good enough for price. Cute but rather frustrating to put together. Plastic stakes don't look durable, time will tell.

We got these for 4th of July decorations at the campground. These are so good, sturdy enough to get multiple uses out of them and a great price for the amount you get.Can be handheld or placed in the ground or in center pieces. Super functional!
