Haven't installed it yet because the six mating surfaces on the engine cylinder head side of the lower intake manifold are not flat. There are cast molding ridges on all six mating surfaces. When the gasket is installed, the ridges are about half the thickness of the gasket. Not sure how much the gasket is compressed when torqued to spec, but the ridges could definitely interfere with the gaskets properly sealing and the ridges could cut ridges into the cylinder head mating surface. The bolt hardware is substandard non automotive so you will need to get new bolts. They did include the three M5x0.8x130mm bolts that seem to be better quality than the other bolts and would propbably hold torque specs, but do not trust the others. Probably going to take this to a machine shop and see if they can resurface the bottom mating surfaces to remove the cast molding ridges that the manufacturer should have removed. Alot of work to install and then not have it seal properly is not something I wish to go through.

So far the intake plenum has been great, but I will say, when installing, do not use the washers given for the 3 long bolts, use larger washers. The washers given are to small and when you torque the bolts down they start to sink into the plastic and Crack it.

This is an update for the weak plastic factory intake manifold. It fits and looks good too. I would recommend this upgraded intake.

Aluminum is nice and much better than OEM plastic intake manifold. Only thing big disappointment is - they use Trox bolt and not able withdraw torque pressure at 89in-lb. Lucky all bolts secure but one broke! I wish they use stainless steel bolts instead of aluminum bolt. I gave three stars for this product with weak bolts. Picture show you broke bolt. I don’t recommend buy this product unless manufacturer will improve on bolts parts

Perfect size , only thing I didn’t like was the screw size is different from the OEM part on the plenum and fuel line. They are smaller and and a bit weaker. Overall the part was pretty solid for the price

Installed this on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited, and it was a perfect fit. The aluminum construction is a huge improvement over the factory plastic manifold—way stronger and more durable. Everything needed for the install was included, and the bolts fit perfectly. No issues with mounting, and the Jeep runs great. If you're looking for a solid upgrade over stock, this is definitely worth it.

I've never had a more perfect seal. This was a perfect fit for my 2019 SXT. Very high quality aluminum. Functions to perfection.Only con is that you need better Torx screws.
