I bought these for my husband since he works outside most of the time. It helps him stay cool and protects his back from the sun. Only doing 4 stars because they are not so easy to keep washing them.

I ordered these towels for working out in heated rooms. Not exactly what I was hoping for, but they are cooling. One side is rough on the face but the other side is smooth. They do not absorb sweat and the carrying bags tore on the first or second time I used them. Again, they great for cooling, thin long towels. They just didn’t work for what I need and the bag was essential for me, but didn’t last. Not a big deal, I use a ziplock and carry in my gym bag now.

I don’t regulate heat well — I sweat a lot when I work and workout. I almost always have one of these around my neck or in a pocket now.I’ve used handkerchiefs before (some are actually more absorbent than this product), but I like that these are long enough to drape around my neck (like a scarf) — now I don’t have to dig around in my gear bag or pockets when sweat is dripping into my eyes or down my neck.
