This is an USB-C to MagSafe 3 adapter for newer MacBooks. This allow normal usb-c cable to connect to MacBook’s MagSafe charging port. This makes charging super easy for MacBook, and doesn’t take up any usb-c ports. Just need to have any usb-c charging cable and that’s all. When I am traveling, I can save some spaces by not bringing dedicated MacBook charger and cables. It works great so far.

I am reviewing: USB C to Magnetic 3 Charger Adapter, PD 100W Fast Charging Type C to Magnetic 3 Charger Adapter Compatible with MacBook Pro 2024 M3 Pro & Max, MacBook Air 2022 M2, MacBook Pro 2023 M2 ProI ordered this for times when I don't have my designated computer charge cord with me. I had hoped that it would charge the computer just as quickly, but it does not. It takes more than twice as long to charge with this, as it does just charging with a Type C plugged into the computer's 1 port.The device lights green when connected to the Type C and power. It changes to orange when attached to the computer. Eventually, my computer was charged to 100% but there never was a green light. The adapter also gets warm while charging.

This is a very versatile adapter, is a great alternative for traveling instead of caring different cables for charging the MacBook, in my case a 16 inches, just take a USB-C cable for charging it and this adapter that connects to the magnetic charging port from the laptop. It lets up like the original one and works in the same way when you connect the USB-C cable. Great quality and connectivity.

It sort of worked to charge my M1 and M4 laptops, but, presumably because of the large chamfer it does not sit reliably (stably) on the port. Sometimes it likes to be in there at an angle. The magnets can't keep it in there as well as the original Apple plug. I'm returning mine and can't recommend this adapter.

The Dorwrnln Magnetic 3 Charger Adapter arrived in great condition, packaged in a zip lock style bag and encased in an included clear hard plastic clam shell case. The adapter worked flawlessly with my M1 Macbook Pro and registered the full wattage of each adapter I tested. I plan on keeping this in my laptop bag in case I forget my regular charger and want to keep the other USB C ports available.

Unfortunately, the performance of this USB-C to Mag 3 adapter is iffy. Sometimes it charges, but often it does not. It would be great if it worked consistently. I will update this review if needed based on further experience.

Works great. While charging the color is orange. When fully charged, it's green. It is significantly larger than the stock Apple MagSafe 3 end (see image), but it works as expected and could save your laptop port! I tested on a Macboo Pro M2 MAX with no issues.The only thing I didn't like is that the light is a bit hard to see unless you are right on top of it. Not a big deal though.The pictures made it look very dark (almost black) but as you can see from my pic, it's actually closer to the space grey color (at least mine is).
