Nut grip hole is not deep but has magnet to hold the nut.

The magnet is too far in to hold the screws. It is also To big around to fit in a lot of the spaces i need to use it. I sanded it down to address these issues and it is working better.

The magnet is weak and they fit a little loose on the head of the nut.
