I love the fresh squeezed juice that it makes. It does everything it promises to do -- that is, it squeezes the oranges automatically and you get fresh orange juice out the spout. That part is really great. No complaints there. The reason for the 3-star rating is the difficulty to clean. This is not a product defect, but mainly a design issue. To remove the components to clean them after use, you need to use a screwdriver to remove one of the pieces that holds all the other pieces in place. The entire process, if you clean fairly thoroughly, can take 20-30 minutes. If you are using this in constant use throughout the day and then cleaning it at night, this may not be an issue for you. For me, since I used it once a week or so, it is quite a hassle to go through the entire process. Also, the unit only works well with fairly small oranges. Even medium ones can get stuck. I've learned to buy the correct size of oranges, so that is no longer an issue. Again, no issue with the product operation itself, just the clean up.

The quality of the machine is poor. It is not easy to clean you need to be careful because the material of the containers where the oranges residuals are deposited are sharp and you can get cuts from them, also the juice filter is not tiny enough so the oranges seeds gets into the juice, it doesn’t really squeezed the oranges it looks like they still have juice. The cutter is not sharp enough to cut the oranges. But over all it works okay.
