It's nice to not have to take your gloves off to answer the phone

I”ve bought several pairs of these. Good quality material and comfortable to wear. The length helps prevents scratches and irritation on the forearms while gardening. I wish they were less expensive!

This are very well made and designed. The extra length of the gloves are comfortable and protective of arms when working in a garden. They are flexible and easy to wear.

Breathable and stay up during use. Also really pretty.1st use was pruning rose bushes and picking up cut branches. Using standard size gloves would sometimes get stuck by thorns in arms and with the more breathable softer gloves sometimes thorns even got thru to stick my hands. Fingers and palms of these gloves protected with goat skin which is softer and more pliable than cow hide and the extra length protected my forearms as well.

These are great everyday gloves for doing a little trimming and yard work.Sadly, they're not thorn proof. I tried them out on young stinging nettle, and the nettle won... went right through the fingertips and skewered me as usual.I'm also not super impressed with their water resistance.... A few hours working in muddy soil, and they were soaked through. That said, they're cute, they're comfortable, and they're washable. The hunt for nettle gloves continues, but I'll use these for lightweight garden tasks.

This is my second pair of these gloves. I work in the yard almost every day and need sturdy gloves. I wasn't sure when I ordered the first pair several years ago that I would like the longer length that covers my wrists. However, they are perfect and now I'd never go back to the shorter gloves. These gloves have seen me through numerous projects and garden tasks and have held up well. I only recently found a small tear and realized that I needed a new pair. No need to look around, I ordered the same ones because they have been so useful and comfortable. They are light and do well at protecting my hand. The palms give good grip for tools and pulling weeds. All in all a great glove.

Usually I am not a fan writing such a type of a feedback, but now I would like to make my point about these gloves. I have bought them for garden work mostly with roses. I have made my choice based mostly on a description and an advertisement in addition with public review. The gloves really look nice, pretty pattern, really very soft leather, comfortable when wearing, quite a good cuff.Of course, external aesthetic it is great but this item’s role, first of all, is to give a good protection working with prickly plants with thorns and possible scratches; nice external look could only be a pleasant addition.I have used the gloves only once during cutting roses in my garden. Unfortunately, these gloves do not provide the protection that had been advertised. Even after the one only day of working with gloves, marks remained of physical damage to the gloves leather due to working with roses and the roses’ thorns still penetrated into skin. I have to note, that my roses are not so big and are still young plants, less than a year, without stiff trunks so it is not so much hard work with cutting them touching the rose thorns. During work the thorns penetrated thru the gloves and into my fingers and palm and I have got a small inflammation. The cut marks after thorns are still visible on the gloves leather. Frankly, the gloves performed itself worse than in the product description and advertisement for gardening, especially for plants with thorns and others like that. For a simple regular garden and plants care it will work, for contacting with prickly plants with thorns – unequivocally no.

Exactly what I needed! Very durable. Fits my smaller hands and protects my lower arms. This is what I needed to cut back shrubs and brush.

I bought a pair of these earlier this summer and I’ve done a LOT of work with them. They are very helpful against thorns (though I found over time I was getting pricked a little more often - I don’t know if I was just dealing with worse thorns - I was clearing tons of lethal looking thorny vines - or if the gloves got weaker after several washes). Regardless, I absolutely love these gloves so much that I ordered a second pair 3 months later. (It will be good to have a back up on hand should the other pair be drying from the wash, or eventually wear down). I was worried they might be too hot in the summer, but they are nice and light. Easy to move around in. I love that my forearms are also protected. I’ve washed them a number of times in the washing machine and hung them to dry and they are in great condition.
